I have no idea where to go for support on this router I just installed RT-AC68U. Normal email route has been going in circles for the last couple of days.
Just in case someone here knows? The issue I have is with manually assigning IP addresses through DHCP. The Address are going in just fine. For some reason I can only give names to the IP I guess about 10 or so I was able to edit and give real names. All the rest are just listed as New Device. So I got about 20 or so New Devices.
I installed the latest firmware first thing as I got my cable modem recognized and hooked up. I don't use the common 192.168.1.1 and I use Open DNS.
As I keep trying to rename these devices. I notice that they are listed as not being online. Well they are online all my devices are online and working. Every once in a while one of them will actually appear to be online and let me edit the New Device to its correct name.
So the router seems to be working flawlessly other than this issue with naming devices.
